Frederic Lefebvre in New York
Frédéric Lefebvre, Secretary of State for Tourism, is on a visit to New York July 14 and 15. During the reception of the 14th of July at the Consulate General of France in New York, Mr. Lefebvre will take the opportunity to inaugurating the Operation “Destination France Worldwide”.
For the French National Holiday, the celebration of July 14 is taking place simultaneously in New York, Shanghai and Paris. Three colors, three events, in three major cities: an exceptional triptych to seeing the world in Bleu, Blanc et Rouge!
A special evening, in which guests and tourism professionals will meet to choose the future face of the brand name France, among four choices.
The new logo “Rendez-vous en France” will be the new and dynamic face of our country, which holds many hidden treasures beyond the classic museums and monuments: Fashion, French cuisine and festivals of all sorts are also a rich part of our heritage.
Frédéric Lefebvre chose New York for unveiling his new brand. The evening will begin at the Consulate General of France at 6:30 p.m. (on invitation only), and will end dancing at the Bastille Day Ball at Hudson Terrace.
Quite the contrary from having the blues: A festive blue look for a blue French night!
