«Les Chefs du 934 »

The Consulate General of France in New York will host, four times a year, dinners intended to showcase the talent of young French Chefs established in New York as well as gifted young French wine-growers.

Those dinners will be the occasion, for these emerging stars of gastronomy, selected by the organizing committee of “Les Chefs du 934”, to display their talents to around forty guests, including approximately 10 journalists.

Mr. George Sape and Mr. Omar Khan, Sommeliers of “Les Chefs du 934”, will help select the French wine-growers whose wines will be paired with the dinners.

The launching event took place on the 17th of March at the French Consulate. The dinner for this occasion was prepared by Mr Eric Ripert, the Chef of the New York restaurant “Le Bernardin”.

The organizing committee of “Les Chefs du 934” is composed of:
