DO I NEED A VISA?

 

 

SCHENGEN COUNTRIES:

AIRPORT TRANSIT: A visa is not required.

SHORT STAY: A visa is not required

A WORK VISA is not required for a job lasting up to 90 days, but a work permit from the French Labor Department (DIRECCTE) is required when crossing the border.

 

 

FOR OVERSEAS DEPARTMENTS (DROM): Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guyana, Réunion.

AND OVERSEAS TERRITORIES (CTOM): French Polynesia, New Caledonia, Mayotte, Wallis & Futuna, St. Pierre et Miquelon, Saint Martin, Saint Barthélémy.

AIRPORT TRANSIT: A visa is not required.

SHORT STAY: A visa is required only if the purpose of the trip is work.

The processing time is up to 2 weeks.

 

 

LONG STAY IN FRANCE (and DROM / CTOM)

A visa is REQUIRED for ordinary, official and diplomatic passports

The visa will be available after 5 to 10 working days
